红细胞形态学检验：薄红细胞

资源描述：红细胞中央色深，外周以苍白圈，在近红细胞边缘处又较深。形同射↑击之靶，在正常情况下靶形细胞极少见。但在黄疸、肝病、脾切除后，缺铁性贫血。

资源描述：靶形红细胞（Target cells,Codocytes）：红细胞具有一个圆心色素物质区，环绕色素物质区是一圈很清亮的无色素带，在胞浆外周有一浓环，貌似靶标——此乃红细胞膜向外膨胀引起，可能是大红细胞。

Definition: Very fine dark separated or connected granules present in the cytoplasm of the erythrocyte, particularly often near the periphery of the red cell. Probably these are the equivalent to iron granules of siderocytes. Occurrence in blood: a small number present in normal blood Comment: Six erythrocytes contain Pappenheimer’s bodies. Also not much expressed anisocytosis of the erythrocytes and two target cells.
